Buyer — the name, phone number, and email on your account, and the delivery address you select at checkout.

This Pre-Contract Information Form informs you, under Turkey's Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, about the sale and delivery of the piece(s) you order from janra.art, before you complete payment.

Product: the specific artwork, edition, and any size/paper/framing option you select — shown on the product page and in your basket.

Total price (including any applicable tax): the amount shown in your basket immediately before you pay — that's the final amount, nothing is added afterward.

Shipping: currently free — covered by us, at no charge to you.

Payment plan: a single charge, by card via iyzico or by bank transfer — we don't currently offer installments.

Each piece is prepared and printed within 4–6 business days after your order is confirmed, depending on paper stock and availability, then shipped to the delivery address you provided. By law, delivery happens no later than 30 days from your order date regardless.

We email tracking information once it's on its way.

If you're buying as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item — by refusing it or otherwise — without any legal or financial liability and without giving a reason.

To use this right, notify us in writing or by a durable medium such as email (privacy@janra.art) within that period.

Because each piece is a pre-existing design you don't customize yourself — only the size, paper, or framing is selected — it doesn't fall under the "made to the consumer's own specifications" exemption, so this right applies in full.

Turkish law excludes some categories entirely from the right of withdrawal — for example, goods made to the consumer's own specifications or clearly personalized, perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life, and audio/video recordings or software once their packaging has been opened.

None of janra.art's pieces fall into these categories — see "Right of withdrawal" above.

You can reach us at privacy@janra.art with any request or complaint, and you may also apply to your local Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court, within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade.
